About Plot
[01] What it is
Plot draws any Danish address as an architectural plan sheet: the plot, the building, the ground it stands on and how the place looked in earlier years. The sheet lays itself out for the paper you choose, from A4 to A0, and a bigger sheet gets more drawing, not just bigger drawing.
[02] Where the data comes from
Everything on the sheet comes from Danish public registers. Building facts come from BBR, the plot from Matriklen and the address from DAR, all through Datafordeler. The terrain comes from the Danish Elevation Model, building outlines and the landscape from GeoDanmark, the aerials from the orthophoto service, the old map from the 4 cm map 1953–76 and the locator from the screen map, all from Klimadatastyrelsen. Plot fetches them when you look up an address and draws the sheet in your browser.
[03] Free
Looking at a sheet is free, and so is downloading it as a PDF or PNG. There is no account and no payment.
[04] Privacy
Plot shows public facts about buildings and land only: no owner names, no valuations, nothing about the people who live there. There are no accounts, and Plot does not store who looked up what.

Contains data from Klimadatastyrelsen: the Danish Elevation Model (Danmarks Højdemodel), GeoDanmark, orthophotos and the 4 cm map 1953–76 (WMS service); BBR, Matriklen and DAR via Datafordeler.
